Ryan Berry founded Berry & Partners after building a Chambers-ranked government contracts department from the ground up. A West Point grad and former Air Force officer, he guides contractors through government investigations, mandatory disclosures, disputes, and existential crises.

Aaron Jackson spent 20+ years in the DoD, including as General Counsel for a global Special Operations organization and lead counsel for the launch of the Space Force. He advises clients at the intersection of government contracting, global trade, and national security.

Amanda Merced is a government contracting and technology attorney specializing in compliance, IP, and risk management. Former Head of Legal at SparkCognition Government Systems, she's negotiated major tech, AI, and cloud deals and serves as outside General Counsel to GovCon clients.

Christine Miller advises CEOs, boards, and PE sponsors across M&A, government contracting, employment law, and IP. Former General Counsel at SGS North America, MSA, and Allied Universal, she builds legal infrastructure for high-growth, highly regulated organizations.

Michael Hatch
Senior Counsel
Mike Hatch brings nearly 20 years of government contracting experience, from FAR/DFARS compliance to False Claims Act defense and GAO protests. A retired Army JAG Lt. Colonel, he's resolved OIG investigations and a DOJ monitorship for contractor clients.
Stephanie Lee

Steffanie Lee focuses on cybersecurity and government procurement law. A GW Law grad who interned at DHS's Office of General Counsel and the Maryland U.S. Attorney's Office, she previously worked as a paralegal at the Department of Justice.
Jill Berry
Director of Finance & Firm Operations
Jill Berry manages Berry & Partners' operations — financials, human resources, insurance, and vendor relationships. Great call majoring in HR Management, since she later became both the rock of support to a bunch of lawyers AND a mother of 7.
